Broccoli Sorbet

What??? Are you serious?

Yep, broccoli sorbet.

Believe it or not it tastes really yummy. Even Miss Munchkins loves it. And she is 3. A hard age to please.

It is super easy to make and choc full of delicious nutrition.

Broccoli and mango are high in vitamin A and C; while blueberries are a fantastic source of vitamin C. Blueberries also contain good amounts of vitamin A, E, K and  folate.

Mango will give you a nice dose of potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.

Calcium, magnesium and folate are found in broccoli helping to acheive your daily intake of vitmain and minerals.

 

What you need

4-6 florets of broccoli. Keep the stems on

1/2 cup each of frozen mango and blueberries

1 cup filtered water. You could also use coconut water

What to do

Put all ingredients into your nutribullet or blender. You want the consistency to be thick and icy so you can eat it with a spoon. Blend until you reach this consistency. Serve and eat immdiately as it will melt fairly quickly.
