Hello. I’m Kelly and I am a qualified Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Cert IV qualified Fitness Trainer, author and Ho’oponopono practitioner with an enormous love of food, movement, self care, mindset and gratitude.
I am the first to admit my eating habits have been terrible in the past leading to being overweight, tired and miserable.

My desire for something more has steered me in the direction of studying nutrition, fitness, mindset and forgiveness to not only better my health but to offer support and guidance for those who have lost their way when it comes to what to eat and how to move effectively. And, LOVE themselves!
The number one thing I have learned with my own evolution is that we can’t do it alone. We need a supportive, encouraging and motivating tribe.
That is what these Blossom Meetings are all about.

What will happen at the meetings?
Each meeting will be held at the Upper Coomera Community centre weekly on a Monday evening. Address is Abraham Road, Upper Coomera. Across from Coles Supermarket. Meeting Room 3. Down the end of the corridor to your left.
The meeting will begin at 7pm and run until 8pm.
Each meeting will cost $10. You can pay on the night or click on the link to pay in advance.

Each week I will talk about a different topic such as nutrition, fitness, mindset, gratitude plus lots more. You will also have the opportunity to share as much or as little of yourself as you would like to. If you want to know about anything in particular you can send me a message and let me know or chat to me at the meeting.
Definitely not. I do not believe in the scale. It causes too much heartache and misery. I want to inspire and create a positive mindset about yourself and your weight.
We will gather each week to guide and support each other, not only with weight loss, but those challenges we face everyday to overcome a negative mindset.
This is what is important.
I want you to be comfortable during the meetings. We are all there to guide and support each other. There will be no judgement and no negativity. It will be a place to safely share the parts of ourselves we want to, and to learn some amazing ways to evolve, grow and blossom.
Mindset is the best power move of all. Without a positive thought process life feels so much more heavy and discouraging.
I am making it my personal mission to fill as many women’s heads with an abundance of positivity as I can.
We ALL deserve to feel positive about ourselves and our bodies. And, to feel f***ing AMAZING every single day we wake up.
