This is my daughters favourite thing for breakfast. She requests it at least 3 times a week. She even asks her dad to make it for her but he, unfortunately, does not know how to make it. I think I will have to teach him one day soon. Though, she will know how to do it soon enough as she enjoys helping me get it ready. It is so quick and easy. It literally takes no more than 10 minutes before you are sitting down to eat it. Great for those mornings when you don’t have much time.
What you need:
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup (you may need a little more if you like it a bit sweeter)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
What to do:
You will need a stick blender, food processor or nutri bullet (or the like) because the pudding needs to end up smooth.
Place all ingredients into a bowl, your food processor or nutribullet and whiz up until smooth, scraping down the sides one or two times to incorporate everything.
This pudding is made even yummier when served with banana, fresh berries or a warm berry compote*.
*Warm berries with a little water in a saucepan over medium heat.
